    Each counseling session typically lasts between 50-60 minutes. This time frame allows us to explore your concerns in depth while ensuring a focused and effective session.
  • Do you offer virtual counseling sessions?
    Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual sessions to provide flexibility and convenience for our clients. Virtual sessions are conducted securely and confidentially, allowing you to engage from the comfort of your home.
  • Will my counseling sessions be confidential?
    Absolutely. We adhere to strict ethical standards to protect your privacy and confidentiality. What you share in counseling stays between you and your counselor, with a few exceptions related to safety and legal requirements, which we’ll discuss with you upfront.
  • How much does counseling cost, and do you accept insurance?
    Our rates vary depending on whether insurance will be utilized and the type of service provided. We accept all major insurance plans and all major credit/debit cards for payment. Please contact us to discuss payment options. To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, the first step is to call them directly. Check your coverage carefully to ensure you understand their responses. Here are some helpful questions to ask: - What are my mental health benefits? - What is the coverage amount per therapy session? - Do I have a deductible or co-pay? - How many therapy sessions does my plan cover? - Is approval required from my primary care physician? These questions can help you better understand your coverage and any out-of-pocket costs.
  • What insurance plans do you accept?
    Your insurance plan determines the cost of services and may vary. Before your first appointment, we verify your insurance benefits and inform you of the exact cost, allowing you to make an informed decision. We accept the following insurance plans: UnitedHealthcare/Optum BlueCross BlueShield (Regular, State, Federal, PAI) Medicaid and all Managed Care Organizations (Select, Molina, Absolute Total Care, Healthy Blue, Humana) Aetna Cigna Magellan Tricare, Champ VA EAP benefits
