What you share in counseling stays between you and your counselor, with a few exceptions related to safety and legal requirements, which we’ll discuss with you upfront.

How much does counseling cost, and do you accept insurance?Our rates vary depending on whether insurance will be utilized and the type of service provided. We accept all major insurance plans and all major credit/debit cards for payment. Please contact us to discuss payment options. To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, the first step is to call them directly. Check your coverage carefully to ensure you understand their responses. Here are some helpful questions to ask: - What are my mental health benefits? - What is the coverage amount per therapy session? - Do I have a deductible or co-pay? - How many therapy sessions does my plan cover? - Is approval required from my primary care physician? These questions can help you better understand your coverage and any out-of-pocket costs.

Before your first appointment, we verify your insurance benefits and inform you of the exact cost, allowing you to make an informed decision.
